This project was a lesson in research, a final product did not actually have to be produced. It evolved areound uraban escapism within Aberdeen and other modern cities. I have displayed my thoughts and findings through a combination of text and photographs.

These two pictures display how different 'types' of people are viewed in different ways. It conveys how today it is hard to escape from being labelled under a generic heading. Therfore it makes it hard for all types of people to be accepted in all public spaces.

This picture shows that freedom is unavailable. Nowadays balaclavas are not accepted in public. It is not even viable to walk through a shopping centre wearing one. Free expression is becoming extinct.

These two pictures show that it is hard to escape judgement in an urban environment. This is often due to other peoples prconceptions. There is no escaping in todays pesimistic society.
